A combination of circumstances ( परिस्थिति ) is helping Nitish kumar stay ahead ( आगे रहो ) in the race ( दौड़ ) for Bihar. In the last 15 years , Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has been on the winning side in all elections, barring ( को छोड़कर ) one to the Lok Sabha in 2014.
